Woven on my 4 shaft loom on the remaining warp from my previous rug. The pattern is Vertical Herringbone twill. This time I plaited the warp threads for the fringe knotted the ends and split each warp thread into two.

Woven on my Leclerc 45 inch floor loom. 6 EPI . Jute warp with thick carpet wool for the weft. It was hard on the hands to knot the fringe but a pair of pliers helped to tighten the knots!

I wove this on my 8-shaft loom. I used cashmere and fine wool in 3 shades of blue, and black. it was quite an interesting project as, while weaving, there were 6 calculations on the go at the same time. Not one I could do with earphones in listening to music!

I bought this Merino and Linen fibre late 2019, the linen content gave the yarn an interesting texture. I knitted my first yoked sweater, my daughters birthday gift and had enough left for the hat and scarf which will be a gift for my granddaughter.
